Meet the Principal
Matthew Winer grew up in the Boston suburbs and graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Sociology. Matthew holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School, with a focus in Commercial Law.
In 2004, Matthew began his aviation career as on-demand aircraft charter broker. He founded Prudential Aviation in 2005, which specialized in the logistics of private jet travel. In 2007, Prudential Aviation began acquiring and managing aircraft for clients and built a skill-set in worldwide Part 91 operations, including: crewing and training issues, maintenance oversight, insurance, and international handling.
In 2010, Matthew brought Prudential Aviation together with Executive Air Services (EAS), a 20-year old Part 135 aircraft charter operator. From 2010 until 2012 EAS grew its fleet from 3 to 14 aircraft, was recertified as an ARG/US Platinum Safety operator and added Wyvern Wingman, IS-BAO Stage 1 & 2 designations, and BBB accreditation.
During his tenure at EAS, Matthew founded Jet Management Associates, a one-of-a-kind full service acquisitions and business aviation consultancy. JMA has expanded its scope of services to include end-to-end aircraft management and litigation support, trial strategy, and expert witness services for clients involved in litigation or its pre-cursor. Additionally, JMA consults for Part 135 charter companies, manages commercial hangars, and provides support to other corporate aviation-related businesses in a wide range of matters.
Matthew has been cited in Business and Commercial Aviation, Aviation International News, Aviation Week, Avinode, Business Jet Traveler, Business Air, Corporate Jet Investor, FlyCorporate, South Florida Business Journal, Wings Magazine, and Executive and VIP Aviation International. Matthew has spoken at Corporate Aviation Seminars.
